Government and Non-Profits:
Out of bounds thinking to influence change.
If ever there were two sectors who needed to escape damaging stereotypes, Government and Non-Profit organizations should be first in line. These organizations rarely seem to get the credit they’re due and often come under more scrutiny than more commercially-oriented or private-sector entities. Perhaps some of these struggles sound familiar:
“We need it to look good, but we don’t want it to
look like we’ve spent a lot.”
“Budgets are tight, but positive results are essential.”
“I know which I like, but we need to involve the committee.”
These are the common challenges that we have to navigate every day. In our world, we see constraints as opportunities to create inventive solutions.
